  • IF A DELIVERY IS REFUSED, OR MULTIPLE DELIVERY ATTEMPTS FAIL, OR WE CONTACT YOU TO RECOVER YOUR PARCEL AND YOU DO NOT ACT, THE PARCEL WILL BE RETURNED TO THE COURIER’S HUB AND DESTROYED. IN THIS CASE, WE CANNOT PROVIDE A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.

  • IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, WE WILL RESEND YOUR ORDER ONCE MORE. IN THIS CASE, THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE ONLY FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS OF THE REPLACEMENT.

  • FAILURE TO CONTACT THE COURIER, ACCEPT DELIVERY, ARRANGE COLLECTION OR REDELIVERY IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY. WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY IF THE CUSTOMER PROVIDES AN INCORRECT ADDRESS, REFUSES DELIVERY, OR DOES NOT ARRANGE PARCEL PICKUP AFTER FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS.

  • IF TRACKING SHOWS A PARCEL AS DELIVERED AND THE CUSTOMER CLAIMS NON-RECEIPT, WE WILL PROVIDE A SHIPPING LABEL TO CONFIRM DISPATCH. AFTER THIS, THE CUSTOMER MUST CONTACT THE COURIER DIRECTLY. IF THE LABEL CONFIRMS DISPATCH AND TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERY, WE WILL NOT PROVIDE A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.
